Faced with its strong growth, Nutrimuscle needed to quickly complete its team but the profiles sought were complex. The company therefore needed the support of recruitment experts to find two Product Managers (IT and UK).

Since its creation over 30 years ago, Nutrimuscle has grown thanks to word of mouth. But since its takeover in 2018, the company has experienced strong growth that has not stopped, quite the contrary. When Isabelle Maréchal joined the company, there were not only 3 people in the Marketing and Digital Department. His objective was therefore to build and grow this team to meet the challenges of this growth.

It is in this context that she trusted Beager to entrust her with her recruitment needs. Long-time friends and former collaborators, they regularly discuss organizational issues or to give each other advice in their respective expertise. Isabelle therefore naturally turned to him and to the Beager team for support.

When Nutrimuscle contacted us, the company already had a strategy for its future recruitments : give priority to independent consultants at first and then internalize the need. In fact, CDI searches can last up to 4 months depending on the rarity or complexity of the profiles. This strategy is therefore practical to relieve the company at first, to allow it to grow rapidly and to identify its real needs in the long term in order to better anticipate its future internal recruitments.

During the research, Nutrimuscle relied heavily on our expertise to deepen the job descriptions. Not always being aware of the reality of the market, our market intelligence was invaluable to them. For example, they were able to adjust compensation according to the realities of other companies and have more perspective on the salary expectations of the talents they were looking for. Thus, this comparison allowed them to draw up job descriptions in line with the market.

Once the candidates were identified, the support of our Business Managers was invaluable. Their presence during the interviews also reassured the company and the candidate. This practice is a good way to align feelings and, as mediators, provide objective feedback at the end of the exchange. It is also thanks to this practice that Isabelle was able to share with us a doubt about the candidate and realize that certain criteria were missing in the job description. In doing so, we helped her to deepen the job description and understand her expectations. But this mediation is more than a simple exchange, it also allows you to give a chance to a potential candidate who would not have been selected by Isabelle at first glance.

An approach based on the values and aspirations of each individual

For example, as the company is growing rapidly, you need to have a certain state of mind to contribute your bit, be in co-construction and accept that our processes can be improved, that we can precisely develop them together.

From experience, Isabelle was surprised to receive numerous proposals corresponding to the skills sought but above all to feel a possible spark with these candidates. The growth of Nutrimuscle involves a certain state of mind: knowing how to bring your personal touch, being in co-construction and being autonomous in the face of internal processes under development. That is precisely what she found with the talents that were hired.

But the support does not end at candidate recruitment. These new employees had the opportunity to discuss their integration into the company during a lunch organized by one of our Business Managers. For Isabelle, this process is reassuring but she is not the only one to share this feeling. The candidates themselves appreciated the initiative because it was an opportunity to tell how they took up the position.

These follow-up moments are an opportunity to ensure the quality and perhaps especially the satisfaction of talents with respect to their position. With a better definition of these new positions, the company was able to meet profiles in line with the expectations initially formulated. Today, Nutrimuscle contacts us regularly to meet its new needs and support it in its growth.
