Pour accompagner et renforcer encore notre croissance, nous cherchons notre futur(e) Account Manager. Directement rattaché(e) au Head of Account Management, il/elle possède un rôle central dans la génération de leads et la croissance du portefeuille de clients. A ce titre, il/elle sera amené(e) à :

Your missions

Identify and exploit growth opportunities within existing accounts

Identify new targets, set up monitoring and identify Calls for Tenders

Transform and convert opportunities identified or proposed by SDRs

Identify and attract talent relevant to customer matchmaking needs

Participate in the continuous improvement of processes and conversion

Ensure a smooth transition of growing accounts from Account Executives

Develop strong relationships and respond effectively to customer requests

Ensure regular follow-up and guarantee high satisfaction and loyalty

Profile wanted

  • At least 5 years of experience in similar functions, ideally acquired in a freelances/major account networking startup or, failing that, a modest-sized and/or rapidly expanding IT services company
  • Perfect control of prospecting and closing processes in B2B (outsourcing or advice)
  • Comfortable with tools such as CRM (Hubspot), Prospecting (Sales Navigator), Office Automation (Google)
  • Ability to analyze, synthesize and excellent oral and written expression in French/English
  • Versatility, agility, flexibility and open-mindedness, as missions are not fixed and can evolve regularly
  • Rigor, attention to detail, we have nothing against perfectionists
  • Autonomy and proactivity, you know how to manage your priorities and are a source of proposals
  • Humor, humility, accessibility, dynamism, ability to animate society and to become an essential point of reference
  • Commitment to the project and to corporate values, desire to invest over time
